It´s very easy to place your order with us. You can do one of the following:
1. You can place your order on our website if you´re an authorized wholesaler or distributor. Just select the products you want, enter the quantity, click ADD To Cart, follow the steps and check out. Orders placed on our website will ship once payment is cleared.
2. You can also fax (626-821-1389) your order by filling out the ORDER FORM.

All misc. items request such as catalogs, nose pads, temples, patterns, etc. are complementary of Optimate, however, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
