Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing from an optical or consumer accessory specializing in fashion.

-Must have excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business in the eyewear industry

-Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, developing existing major accounts and growing strategic relationships.

-Recruits, trains, manage and motivate Sales Representatives

-Must travel throughout the region

-Works closely with inside support team and management

Independent Sales

Requirements:

-A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience with a proven track record is A MUST.

-Optical industry sales experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:  

-Seeking experienced, fashion conscious independent contractor who can focus on the three O's customer segment and boutiques in San Francisco.

-The independent contractor will have an exclusive territory. This position has excellent earning potential and unlimited growth possibilities.

-We will provide marketing materials, customer service and account support to our national sales force.
