Terms
- All prices are subjected to change usually reflecting on current sale prices and based on annual sales volume evaluation.
- Accounts with a past due balance will be subjected to suspension of shipments until the past due amount is satisfied.
- A charge of $20.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
- All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS-Ground unless other preferences are requested.
Frame Orders
- Orders can be either placed online, phoned in, e-mailed, or faxed. However, such methods as fax and e-mail must include the reply of both parties to confirm order and the accuracy of the order content. Phone orders are usually recited back to the customer and it is solely the responsibility of the customers to inform of any discrepancies in the order.
- COD orders are faxed to customers on due of shipment and any specific concerns such as pricing and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers.
Return Policy
For Retail Clients -
- Collections are under manufacturer´s defective warranty within One Year from the invoice date.
- A copy of original invoice must be attached with any returned merchandise. Optimate, Inc. will reject unqualified returns.
- Qualified returns will be accepted for credit only; no exchange or replacement.
- Special valued merchandise purchased at reduced prices are final sale are not returnable for exchange credit or replacement.
- Custom made (OEM) merchandises will not be accepted for return or replacement.
- No return or replacement for any order shipped out of USA.
For Wholesale Clients -
- No merchandise will be accepted for exchange, credit or replacement.
- Authorized overstock return is subject to 10% restocking fee and the price for return merchandise is based on the most recent price. Overstock merchandise must be returned within 120 days from the invoice date in original packaging with demo lenses intact.
- Special valued merchandise purchased at reduced prices are final sale and are not returnable for exchange, credit or replacement.
- No return or replacement for exports and OEM merchandise.
- Any warranty request from wholesale is subject to 10% extra charge, and subject to management approval.
- All international clients are subject to "PREPAID" terms, and only "WIRE TRANSFER" with full invoice amount as payment will be accepted.
